SHIPPING
Our handmade items are created at the time of order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to ship.

We ship our products via USPS or UPS. We will choose the most cost efficient way for your order to be mailed.  Typically First Class or Priority mail.

Shipping Cost within the US:

Please contact us prior to purchase for international shipping rates.

REQUESTS

If you have a special request on any of our products or you would like for us to create a custom gift set for you, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to work with you.  We're a friendly business and we want you to have exactly what you want!

****If you place an order, we ask that you check your email frequently as questions may arise during the construction of your item(s). 

RETURNS

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take it back and you will be offered a refund, exchange or store credit. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned for any reason. Please make sure that the spelling is correct on your order.

Please notify us at info@pitterpatterlane.com within 24 hours of receipt of order and we will be happy to work with you. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

Pitter Patter Lane will not be held responsible for items damaged due to lack of proper cleaning.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.

All sale items are FINAL SALE items.

PRIVACY

All payments are processed securely through Paypal.  Pitter Patter Lane does not have access to any credit card information. 

We will never share any of your information with any other party.

TAXES
Texas residents will have an 8.25% sales tax added to purchase.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any sale for inappropriate use of this website.

All photographs are copyrighted and cannot be used without the permission of Pitter Patter Lane.

The pattern placement on fabric and ribbon will vary.

Occasionally fabric will run out of stock and will need to be reordered. Buyer will be notified quickly after sale with options.

Due to our products being handmade, sizes are approximate.

If for any reason we feel that your order will take longer than the 2 weeks to produce, we will contact you quickly after sale with options.

If you purchase an item that you wish to have a name embroidered on and a name is not provided, we will make every effort to contact you via email.  If a response is not made within 48 hours of purchase, a refund will be issued and the sale cancelled.
